I have not seen it recently. I do have it and it is a great cd. If you can get your hands on on a copy, buy it. It is rare that Nino Rota is conducting his music. He also wrote a theme for Japan that is on the disc. I love Rota's music and this cd is a must.

Hello sijbold,
i could lay my hands on a copy for 5 € at ebay. Never heard before, that a live recording exists. i really wonder if it is as good as you describe it.
Greetings

Yeah, it is really good. For 5 euro anyone should buy it. The performance is rather nice. I always
consider it a live version of the very good collection album Nino Rota Film Music on CAM (that
starts with Napoli Milionaria and ends with The Godfather) because of (more or less) similar
content. It is also a bit out of the ordinary to hear Rota conduct Per un Pugno di Dollari! You will
not regret buying this CD.
