Forum - Looking for a soundtrack

Question

Blade, Blade II & Blade Trinity

Hopefully someone can help me out here. I've trying to find score cd's for all 3 movies, and the results I'm getting when using IMDB and Google are just a confusing mess really. The soundtrack cd's would be a nice plus but the score cd's are more important. Can someone please tell me for sure who the composer/composers are so I can hopefully get them ordered from my local shops?

Thanks for you're time and any reply.

Maybe you didn't notice but you ask your question on a Forum that's part of a database.

Just type in the word Blade in the search machine and you will get all the answers you want.

I sincerely hope that's not too difficult or too much trouble for you..?

Indeed it isnt too much trouble. However I did notice that Blade II at least has many different composers doing the same score. Marco Beltrami's work is semi-well known to me as I have a few cd's already and its really good stuff. I just wanted clarification so if I'm trying to order the OST, I'm looking under the right composer and there-by giving myself the best chance of getting hold of all three.

Re: TheSaint - many thanks for your offer of help :)

I'm not sure what is so confusing about IMDB.com:

Blade:
Original Music by
Mark Isham
(only listed composer)

The other two are common knowledge who scored them. Heck, didn't you read about the score replacement on Trinity?

The Blade movies are only something I've just started looking into so I'm not entirely familiar with their backgrounds as opposed to the scores just yet. I've been busy with the Iron Eagle movies so far.

Mark Isham did an outstanding job with The Beast (1988), so I'm very interested in that one at the very least.

And I had no idea the composers were changed for the other movie (Trinity). Its not totally unknown for this to happen, The 13th Warrior was more or less the same...

The changing of the composers might explain why there are multiple names and hence my confusion.
