THE X-FILES "3"(Mulder & female vampire)

During a scene at a vampire/Goth club there is a band that kicks off in the background, and they sound righteous!!!
Does anyone know the name of the band or the sound they're playing?

The song is "The Unheard Music" by the band X.
It was released on their 1980 album Los Angeles.
