Question

Shill Bidding

Be weary of the member 'Mikeyiscool2003' selling The Outsiders OST on eBay. It would appear he has someone "shill bidding" for him.

Item number: 160050685306

He's been posting here trying to find a buyer.

I don't know who you are and I don't really care. But, lying to people is not going to get you anywhere in life. I suppose you are from 311 website. Anyways, I have a right to post my material. Do not make false claims about things and people that you have never had any interactions with. You must spend too much time at the computer and not enough time bettering your own life. Stop trying to lie and cheat your way through life. Especially the fact that I have never done any transactions with you and I have never had a problem with bidding up prices on people. I have only sold like 4 items on Ebay, and I have never done shill bidding. If you question that, why would I sell 300 dollars worth of silk tommy bahama shirts for under 20 dollars? If I did shill bidding, I would want more money than that. Stop lying!!!!!!!!

I don't care what you think about how 'I live my life', lol, that's irrelevant. Explain why a single bidder on this soundtrack would outbid themselves three times by an average of $10 for no reason. Do they just want to pay more for that cd. That makes sense. And I didn't just make up some guess. I looked at another item you're selling as well. Seems convenient that a bidder that has bid on that item only joined eBay around the same time you posted the item. You can say whatever you want about me, it will not bother me I promise. Assumptions are you thinking I spend too much time in front of my computer, lol, like you would know. But oh well, don't get upset.

yes, I will give you an answer to your question. I have a reserve of 49 dollars on that item. The person who is bidding on the item understands that she / he can not win this item unless he /she bids past the reserve mark. Having a reserve price means that unless a bidder bids at least 49 dollars, he/she will not win this item even if they won the item. Therefore, in order for this bidder to win this item, they needed to bid up to the reserve. Once they bid up to the reserve, the reserve price was met. There is absolutely nothing fishy about that. The fact that the bidder wants the item bad enough to bid up to the reserve price means that they want it. Shill bidding means that there are two people bidding on an item and one person is driving up the other persons price. I'm not stupid enough to buy my own item. Plus, I am religious and I do not believe in cheating people or stealing. But, nice try !!! Just, please do not accuse me of things. If I was shill bidding, I would have probably out bid the highest bidder by now. I have no connection to the highest bidder other than he/she is bidding on this item.

One last comment, I am going into Law School soon and I do not like false accusations. Especially from someone who does not know me and has never dealt in a transaction with me. All of my feedback from buyers has been positive. Also, if you look at my products that I have sold (i.e. tommy bahama silk shirts). Once again, why would I sell 300 dollars worth of shirts for 18 dollars? Does that make any sense to you? If I was corrupt with my transactions, of course I would want more money than what I had received. I wish people would just leave me alone and let me sell products without having to be harrassed. Especially when I have done nothing wrong.

It really irritates me that you would put up that post just hours before the end of the auction. Of course you only did that to ruin my auction and try to get people to not bid on my product. But, what have I done to you personally? How would you like it if every time you tried to sell something on Ebay, I said some fake stuff about you and posted it all over the place? Thanks for attempting to ruin my reputation for no apparent reason !!! I hope no one does the same thing to you.

oh, by the way. The other item that you "looked up" was a comment that "I MADE" about
someone elses item, not a comment that someone made about me !!! I was bidding on a
lacoste jacket and with a minute left in the auction, the price jumped from 50 bucks to about
400 dollars. I could have sworn that the person was shill bidding, so I left feedback saying that
they were shill bidding and that's why I retracted my bids. I guess you should have looked
closer at that before telling everything that I was doing that.

Silk Tommy shirts for $18 dollars! They are either stolen or fake goods. Even a genuine manufactured silk shirt would cost more than that to produce in material. If you are religious, you'd better open up about those silk shirts that sure sounds dodgy. And what does going to Law school have to do with anything!? It sounds like a veiled threat against people expressing an opinion and asking for the truth. Next thing, you'll wanna invade my house!!! I'm with DM on this.

No, I originally paid about 320 dollars for the shirts, but they only auctioned for 18 dollars. They were hanging in my closet for a few years and two of them were slightly used and the other was new condition. I paid about 100 to 110 for each shirt originally.

they were not fake because I bought them at the Tommy Bahama Store at a very nice shopping mall. I do not sell fake items. I should have gotten a lot more than what I did get.
