Does anyone know Martyn Steele?
A Martyn Steele in the UK just bought a very expensive CD from me on eBay. I have no reason to suspect him of anything wrong, but he is new to eBay with a zero feedback rating and his Paypal address is unconfirmed. Can anyone here vouch for him? Thanks.

An unconfirmed address betenoir I believe simply sais that this guy is not a US resident so don't loose sleep over this matter.
I hope everything works fine for you because if not... Vinny from Brooklyn is dying for some steel action!

Many people's addresses on Ebay are unconfirmed. By itself, this means nothing. If you're worried about a chargeback, I don't know what else you can do but demand more info from him. You can send by Registered Mail so at least he would have to sign for it giving you some proof that he received it.
