Apparantly the soundtrack is extremely obscure. I'm looking for the Johnny Diesel song Tip of my Tongue. Having problems.

In regard to Johnny Diesel song "Tip of my Tongue", I've been looking for it for quite some time. I finally found it on frostwire/limewire. The download is very slow, but it is downloading and it is the actual song. Good luck, I barely found it doing a general search under johnny diesel and found some other songs too.

I too would love to find this song. I’ve always thought it sounded
great during the end scene of Airborne. Never tried looking for it

I have been after "guitar hero" for nearly 26 years. I remember trying to get the
soundtrack to the movie when it came out and it was unavailable back then. I
couldn't find a store that even had it to order. Been on this forum monitoring posts
for this since the original post in 2006. Hope to find an obscure copy somewhere.

I have also been searching for this awesome 1993 "Airborne"
movie soundtrack. Mostly for the Stewart Copeland
instrumental tracks. Not sure but, the "Guitar Hero" song you
may be thinking of could be Marc Bonilla - "Afterburner" (during
the half pipe skating scene under the highway bridge.) I noticed
someone also mentions this artist/guitarist. The other possible
guitarist that is heard in the movie is Michael Thompson who
does a lot of guitar stuff with Stewart Copeland through out
many of SC's soundtracks. Jeff Seitz also helps produce and
sometimes fills in on music instruments. These are some leads

In my searches I have discovered the "Airborne" soundtrack track list and
the (.mp3) songs related to it. There is a song called "Guitar Hero" by
Mark Moulin, Kirk Moulin, and Ric Craig (I believe it's the movie scene
where main character Mitchell Goosen (Shane McDermott) visit's cousin
Wiley's (Seth Green's) bedroom for the first time and when the power is
turned on the music playing in the background is "Guitar Hero".) The

My apologizes for the misguided information in my previous post about
the "Guitar Hero" track. I do believe during the "Skating the Half Pipe"
movie scene, it is the music of "Afterburner" written and performed by
Marc Bonilla.
I am so very excited about finding the various artists music to this
soundtrack and am still in search of the Stewart Copeland original score
files. I have been ripping the audio direct from the "Airborne" DVD movie
and have some pretty good Stewart Copeland music, of course with the
background movie dialog and sound effects. It is satisfyingly to listen to
and is better than nothing at this point for my personal benefits. Here is
