If you're looking for 'The Shining' soundtrack, I'm pretty sure it was only released as an LP. But you can pick up a 2CD set of lost Wendy Carlos scores from a few places. The 2CD set(which sell seperately) have a lot of the music from 'The Shining', as well as some others that were never released. Check out the link below to the Amazon listing. Also, I thought you were talking about 'The Shining', then I realized that you might be talking about 'Shining Through'. I was thrown off by your use of capitol letters.
