I vote Clint Mansell's 'The Fountain' for best score.

Don't really have a fav. on the songs. If I had to go with one, I'd pick the one from 'The Pursuit Of Hapiness'.

The Golden Globes are I guess a somewhat major precursor of what to expect from The Oscars but to mildly lay my piece on the table, I honestly don't pay as much attention to these superficial glam crapolas anymore as I once used.

What's in an award and how many talented artists and great performances have been overlooked?

The only suprise was Zimmer's score and to be honest, the only one I've heard so far out of the the nominated five.

I would have liked Isham's name in the list as well for The Black Dahlia.

As far as the songs, I know not a single one.

The only thing I am glad about and will be looking forward to during the upcoming Oscars in late February is the honorary consolation prize Oscar statuette that will be given to the Grand Maestro and to one of the few inspirations left in film music Mr. Ennio Morricone.

This bigger than life composer has never been honored with uncle Oscar before.
