I didn't get any for christmas, but had gotten myself a load that arrived just two days before christmas:
DIE BUDDENBROOKS (Eugen Thomass) - excellent
QUIGLEY DOWN UNDER (Basil Poledouris) - excellent
GUNS FOR SAN SEBASTIAN (Ennio Morricone) - very good
SALVADOR/PLATOON (Georges Delerue) - very good
KING SOLOMON'S MINES (Jerry Goldsmith) - not my taste, candidate for sale
Regards,
Urs
P.S.: By the way, Lalaland Records states on their website that their BRANNIGAN CD is going out of print on New Year's Eve - however they can predict that...

I found a sealed copy of Star Kid for 50 American cents at a Mexican flea market on Christmas eve.
The entire experience bordered on the edge of dreamlike insanity. Luckily I had a pin joint of some skunk weed nearby and took a couple hits shortly before and after the flea market.

I got three Goldsmith's -
King soloman's mines.
Ace Eli and rodger of the skies
(both gifts to myself)
The Last Castle ( A score I stored
for five years.Best track-'taking
command').
'Ace Eli' and 'The Travelling
Executioner' are the greatest fun!
Bottlecapcollector.
