Liz in London: stereo tracks on CD?

As you probably know, selections from John Barry’s "Elizabeth Taylor in London" on CD compilations are usually in mono, even though the original LP was available in stereo. However, "English Garden" is in stereo on the CD "The Name is Barry…John Barry," and both it and the "London Theme" are in stereo on the CD "Licensed to Thrill." Does anybody know if anything else from that score made it to CD in stereo (including the re-recordings Barry made for piano & orchestra of the "London Theme" and "Elizabeth Theme")?
