This tool translates Japanese text into English. It's not 100% accurate (it's not perfected yet), but I've tried to use it on Japanese track lists from a few favourite Anime soundtracks of mine and most of the translations made sense to me.

Does anyone know if there is a better link out there for this kind of thing?

I usually go to www.freetranslation.com for French and Italian titles.
