A question for birnam
Hello, birnam,
I hope I remember correctly that you are the one to address to, if not, then please forgive me this topic.
I think that some time ago you posted here an information about two pressings of a Rozsa Prometheus CD (I think it was All the Brothers Were Valiant or maybe was it Young Bess?). You said that the older pressing is inferior in sound quality and that the only way to tell if a copy is 1st or 2nd pressing is to look at the numbers printed in the CD matrix.
If that's correct would you be please so kind to share this information again ?
Thanks
- Dorian

Hello,
It's PCD 133 "Young Bess".
First pressing : P+O-21971-A2 08-94
Second pressing: P+O-21971-B2 06-95
Second pressing has clearly better sound.
