Déjà Vu - Harry Gregson-Williams.
Unfortunately not as rich as his SPY GAME, quickly wears off.

Hi David,
It's sunday morning and I love to put a score on whilst I drink tea (British!) in bed ... and slowly emerge for porridge & toast before bathing - but that's enough of my lifestyle!
I don't have a CD changer so it means manual changing - oh well.
We started off with one of Bruno Nicolai's giallo scores: La Coda Dello Scorpione - great melodies and some excellent 60's sounds (these Digitmovies releases are truly superb).
Followed by about 2/3 of the album: The Don Black SongBook - I usually stop it after "Play It Again" but up till the we have a fabulous collection of Mr. Black's movie and stage show lyrics incl. several rare John Barry items. The aforementioned "Play It Again" - from The Tamarind Seed - performed by Wilma Reading - has a most gorgeous theme.
And now it's Jerry Goldsmith's Bandolero (album section) - a great theme but otherwise a little overrated - he was never quite as good as Elmer Bernstein when it came to Westerns ... actually he was nowhere near as good (in my opinion) but I'm probably on thin ice here!
Simple question - long answer - happy listening to whichever score takes your fancy!

I have also just played a Goldsmith western (RIO CONCHOS - FSM) and while this is indeed excellent music I still am joining Mitch on the thin ice by claiming that Elmer was simply the best American composer for the westerns (and not only for them--the man was simply amazing in all he did--I think I'll take some his score now).
