John Debney I Know What you Did Last Summer Bootleg status

Is their any particular reason the Debney red cover promo for IKWYDLS (JDCD007) is listed as a bootleg? The Relic promo (JDCD006) isn't listed as such.

I have the full art ....Last Summer promo, and the red cover was around long before the copy I bought (from a legit music e-tailer some years ago).

Debney's website does detail both CDs in a Google cache search.

Just curious!
