As far as i know, this is just a myth. Possibly the Japanese released something like this at some point. But the score is available in various forms on CD (I have 3 CDs of it so far). The by far best one came with a comic book (google "Zombie comic"). Honestly, I'm a bit too drunk and tired to look it up in my collection right now. yeah, ive got that very same cd that came with that fucking terrible "graphic novel" of the film. But apparently a couple of guys on vinylvulture.co.uk have got a copy of the 7" so it must excist--- and i need one in my collection!!!

Wow, now i at least know it does exist...!

And you're right, the novel is awful by all means. I ripped out the CD and made myself a new cover for it. The "tribute tracks" are awful as well. At least, it is much more complete than the Beat Records version and the one coupled with Cannibal Ferox. Ah, still to tired to stand up to look up the label of the latter i forgot right now...
