Nighthawks disco soundtrack
I am trying to locate the name of the funky disco song from the first disco scene where Wulfgar meets the stewerdess. I am not sure if it is one of the songs on the soundtrack, a Keith Emerson song, or another not listed. Anyone know. If I could find a copy of the origonal soundtyrack I would just by it and listed to find out but having no luck with that.
Help.

It's called NightHawking by Keith Emerson. All the tracks in the film are included on the soundtrack except Brown Sugar by the Rolling Stones. Check ebay, there often a copy flying around.

Thanks for the info. I did listen to "nighthawking" on the Keith Emerson's AT THE MOVIES album (I mean CD) and it is a different version than the disco scene. Vocals were done by Paulette McWilliams on this track in both the movie and album, but was a different version on the AT THE MOVIES Emerson CD. Are you aware if the track on the original soundtrack on vinyl is the more dicso funky version from the movie I am looking for. The verson on the AT THE MOVIES Emerson album has different lyrics and is watered down a bit. I have not been able to find this out on my own because I have no access to an original soundtrack. THANKS,
Chris

I have the original vinyl album and the AT THE MOVIES CD set, so I can tell you those two
versions are the same.
