I just wonder why you and more people keep the user ID of the highest bidder private, can you please explain that to me, it still gives people the impression that you have something to hide.
It is not personal as I don't know your reason of course but I see that often and still wonder why people do that...

hi. ive sold lots of stuff before on ebay but never kept ids private. but when i came to selling a cd recently must have clicked in a box somewhere by mistake to let people keep their ids private. hence when i did 'sell similiar' it retained the same format. i have now changed all my items so people cannot keep their ids private as the only reason i can see someone wanting to do this is to fraudulently bump up the price of their own items for sale. so thanks for bringing this to my attention anyway.
