and of course the member itself has to make sure "my collection" checkbox (which is to find in the "Community Settings") is activated otherwise nobody will see his collection.

Is there a reason I don't know of that someone would not want anybody else to view there collection?

yes there is a reason :P some people want to trade and write in there post view my collection
