there is a cd for sale at www.intermezzomedia.com with "all" the tracks by Jerry Goldsmith (incl. the cowboy theme) , the pop songs are not on this cd. It was released on Soundstage.

I have it on LP new and LP used and a used cd copy. I even also have a German import copy on cd that I would gladdly sell ya! I can even sell you the used copy. The used LP has minor light wiping scratches and the jacket's sides have been applied carefully and professionally with tape to keep the sides from wear. Get in touch...
