I had send Percepto an email using the email address provided on their website to ask if ''The Changeling'' was indeed a limited released as stated in the description by Screen Archives and the email returned back.

If I decide to finally order this one, it will not be from Percepto since some people on SC had stated in a previous thread that they had past troubles receiving items ordered from Percepto.

I received my order(CD The Changeling) from Percepto on Saturday, So you should get your copy soon. I don't understand why this company is so bad with customer service? Serifiot - I also emailed them the same question and never got an answer from them. By the way, Yes "The Changeling" is a Limited release of 1000 copies, It is printed on the back of the cd.

I've sent several e-mails to "Mr. Percepto" over the past few months, and every single one has bounced back. Customer no-service, indeed!

Turned up today - thanks guys! I'm in the U.K. so I knew it would take longer, but it seems odd; all other companies I've used send you a dispatch confirmation email, or at the very least let you check your order status via their website! Oh well...
