First off, what a spectacular balloon show. It really made my evening; I was laughing out loud at some of the wonderful designs.
As for the track: assuming the music isn't a purchased piece of stock music, one performer it could be is Frank Mills, going by the style and the very melodious playing.

Mills had one smash hit in Europe, with an old-fashioned tune called "Music Box Dancer", but he made several other albums.
If you look him or the "MBD" up on Google or Amazon, you will find him. I can't guarantee it is him, but that's my initial reaction.

Thanx chavideo, I didn't have any luck finding out if it was a Frank Mills song but someone did take the audio from the video & sent me the song as a wav file, I've converted it to an mp3. But I'd still like to find out the name of the song.
