cruel intentions

does anyone know the name of the track from cruel intentions that is being played many times during the movie but is not on the soundtrack. one of the times when that song is being played is in the beginning of the movies when ryan makes a u-turn and parks by his house, and the cop wants to give him a ticket. i have been looking for this track for years, any replies would be greatly appreciated
