Please help me determine if this eBay seller is selling bootlegs!
I just sold pretty rare, out of print CD to this eBay seller, however, I am very suspicious
of the CD's he has up for sale.
I do not want this CD to go to a bootlegger as i'm sure he'll just duplicate it and start
ripping unsuspecting people off.
I'm usually pretty good at spotting bootleggers, but I can't make up my mind about this
guy. He lives in California, which, in the past, i've definitely taken as a bad sign. Every
bootlegger i've ever seen on eBay always seems to live in California. The eBay user ID i'm
wondering about is: jbt9955
I really need your help soon; please advise!
Please copy/paste this entire link to see his CD's:

It's nice to hear how everyone likes him.

Hmmm...wasn't aware that CD was a bootie. Oh, well, let's just say that he's not selling HOMEMADE bootlegs, then.

Thank you all for your fast responses; your insight is very helpful and very much
appreciated.
I just wanted to see what other's opinions were. Didn't want to make any rash decisions
about contacting eBay or putting him in the same category as all the other CA
bootleggers I've come in contact with.
One good sign was, his feedback seemed to be all different CD's; which is usually not the
case for most bootleggers. I did notice when I went to Toolhaus.org and entered his user
ID that one buyer's feedback said something about the artwork being a copy. Over all, his
feedback seems to be excellent though. I know there are always a few people you will
never be able to please, so they might have left neg/neutral feedback because they are a
butt. Besides, the sheer volume of rare cd's this guy sells, I guess a few bootlegs slipping
by is bound to happen.
I just want to be cautious as I know one California eBay bootlegger has changed his
user ID names several times and has opened other new eBay accounts.
I definitely do not want to give this guy a bad rap or put him in the same category if he
is, in fact, legit!.. That's why I needed to ask 'the experts' first.
Thank you again for all your help.

California = the state of the bootleggers LOL
well, aprilwhitt, you are a strange guy.. I really wouldn't care who I'm selling my CDs... there are greater problems in the world... but anyway
Brad is a great man, I deal with him for years and didn't regret a single CD especially rare promos.
