New from DigitMovies
11-Dec-2006 - The December releases of DigitMovies have arrived..!  The first one is Spasmo, directed in 1974 by Umberto Lenzi. Maestro Ennio Morricone has created a score full of tension based on dissonant music of contemporary art, mixing the orchestra with electronic sounds to describe all the macabre and disquiet side of the plot. This terror atmosphere is broken by two recurrent main themes. For this definitive edition the stereo master tapes of the original recording session preserved in the RCA vaults were used.
DigitMovies is glad to release for the first time the complete original motion picture score by Stelvio Cipriani for the Giallo L’Iguana Dalla Lingua Di Fuoco. This CD was made possible with the help of C.A.M., in whose archives the original stereo master tapes have been stored until today and with the help of Stelvio Cipriani who approved the musical selection. The score is based on a romantic main theme introduced in the Main Titles with a beat arrangement for orchestra featuring the fabulous voice of Nora Orlandi.
And last but not least: DigitMovies has released for the first time the complete, original score for one of those famous Bud Spencer movies Il Soldato Di Ventura (aka Soldier of Fortune) directed by Pasquale Festa Campanile in 1976.  Another CD project made again possible thanks to the cooperation of C.A.M. in whose archives the original 1976 session stereo master tapes were kept.
