Two new releases from Rhino Handmade

27-May-2001 - The Turner Classic Movies Music Archivists present the premiere release of André Previn's complete scoring sessions from M-G-M's 1955 classic motion picture BAD DAY AT BLACK ROCK and PREVIOUSLY UNRELEASED selected themes from Previn's original scores for three additional M-G-M motion pictures, 1949's TENSION and SCENE OF THE CRIME and 1951's CAUSE FOR ALARM, all of which are now finally available after being long sought-after by fervent film music fans. Release date July 25.
Also from the Turner Classic Movies Music Archivists two soundtracks featuring JUDY GARLAND that, for one reason or another, have been unavailable for far, far too long. The recordings on this SUMMER STOCK/IN THE GOOD OLD SUMMERTIME Soundtrack Double Feature release cover the last two of the twenty-eight features and five short subjects in which Ms Garland appeared during her 15-year tenure with the M-G-M. Release date June 13.

Each CD is released in an individually-numbered limited edition and available only from Rhino Handmade.
