Ramin Djawadi's Iron Man
12-Jun-2008 - From Lions Gate Records and Silva Screen Records comes the score for Iron Man. John Favreau directs the first ever feature based on the famous Marvel character created by Stan Lee. Tony Stark is the complete playboy who also happens to be an engineering genius. While in Afghanistan demonstrating a new missile he's captured and wounded. His captors want him to assemble a missile for them but instead he creates an armored suit and a means to prevent his death from the shrapnel left in his chest by the attack. He uses the armored suit to escape. The music in Iron Man plays a powerful role in the viewer's experience with an epic soundtrack from composer Ramin Djawadi(Prison Break) as well as several bonus tracks including 'Institutionalized' by Suicidal Tendencies.
