3 Thrillers From Stelvio Cipriani
11-Nov-2008 - Chris' Soundtrack Corner has released their second soundtrack, La Polizia Chiede Aiuto, with music by Stelvio Cipriani. The three scores here brought together for the first time ever are La Polizia Sta A Guardare(1973),La Polizia Chiede Aiuto(1974) and La Polizia Ha Le Mani Legate(1975). This fantastic release is a dream come true in that all three scores texturally and conceptually intersect - the entire recording, a total of 24 tracks, plays out as one grand symphonic structure. Because of this the newly remastered disc is a truly dynamic and captivating experience, a magnificent exposition of Cipriani's unique vision and genius. As a bonus for collectors there are offered two types of thoughtfully designed packaging: one featuring a special jewel case, the other has an attractive foil inlay. Both editions come with an 16 page booklet with full-color art and liner notes by Euro-soundtrack specialist John Bender.
