Nick Glennie-Smith's The Secret Adventures Of Jules Verne
2-Apr-2011 - Perseverance Records will release from long-time Hans Zimmer associate Nick Glennie-Smith (The Rock, The Man in the Iron Mask, We Were Soldiers) a double CD of themes from the Sci-Fi Channel series The Secret Adventures Of Jules Verne. In this series, we see the adventures of the young Father of Science Fiction and his friends, Phileas and Rebecca Fogg and their servant, Passepartout. In an alternative Victorian era, which has taken that era's technology to fantastic levels, this intrepid quartet battles villians wherever they find them. Working closely with the composer and the creator of the show, Gavin Scott, Perseverance Records presents close to 140 minutes of music from this great show in a 2 CD set, priced at a single CD cost. The set will be shipped last week of April 2011. This is a limited edition of 1200 copies and... the first 75 CDs are signed by the composer.
