Brian Tyler's Transformers Prime
8-Mar-2012 - Lakeshore Records, in partnership with Hasbro Studios, will release Transformers Prime. The soundtrack features original music from the TV Series, which airs on the HUB television network in the U.S., composed by Brian Tyler (The Expendables, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3). Transformers Prime earned Tyler the Emmy Award™ for Outstanding Achievement in Music Direction and Composition in 2011. “It was fantastic getting to compose the score for Transformers Prime because the approach was what made me excited about films when I was growing up: hearing rousing themes played by a live orchestra,” said Tyler. “And for me the TRANSFORMERS characters were a part of my childhood so being able to musically dive into the world of OPTIMUS PRIME and MEGATRON was a treat.” Score available from Amazon.com, Amazon UK, Amazon France and Amazon Germany.
