Rhino/Turner releases Athena
15-Apr-2002 - Rhino and Turner Classic Movies Music are pleased to present the premiere stereo release of Hugh Martin's and Ralph Blane's complete scoring sessions from the original motion picture soundtrack to Metro-Goldywn-Mayer's 1954 musical comedy Athena. This release contains 25 previously unreleased tracks, including outtakes and seven demos from early 1954 featuring songwriters Blane and Martin on vocal and piano.
