Alan Williams' Crab Orchard

12-May-2005 - Intrada Records has released the original soundtrack from the 9/11 aftermath drama Crab Orchard, starring Ed Asner, and Judge Reinhold. Alan Williams provides a sensitive, melodic score for a small ensemble with spotlight on the piano (played by the composer), guitar, woodwinds. Williams places the emphasis on this personal family crisis rather than the overwhelming tragedy itself. The results are heartfelt music with a degree of gentle warmth, and introspect. Alan Williams is also the conductor.
