Milan's Film Noir
30-May-2005 - Milan Records has released the compilation album Film Noir, a genre created by French film critics to describe the en vogue Hollywood films of the 40s en 50s. The music featured on this compilation is a mix of famous and yet to be discovered scores that are the perfect illustration of the film noir sound with tracks directly inspired by the great classic Hollywood films. The album features film noir themed tracks from composers like Stephen Sondheim, Bernard Herrmann, François de Roubaix, Angelo Badalamenti, Frederick Rousseau and Cyril Morin.
