Ennio Morricone's Sacco E Vanzetti
30-Jun-2005 - GDM Music in Italy has re-released one of the many masterpieces of Maestro Ennio Morricone, the beautiful and fascinating music of the political thriller, Sacco E Vanzetti (1971). The movie tells the story of the anarchist Italian immigrants Niccola Sacco (Riccardo Cucciolla) and Bartolomeo Vanzetti (Gian Maria Volonté), who are, in 1920 sentenced to death, falsely accused of a robbery and murder. Indeed they are condemned due to their political beliefs, in one of the most shameful and hypocrite judgments of the human history. The title song Here's to you is sung by Joan Baez.
