22-Jul-2005 - Coffin Records will soon present a re-issue of a long out-of-print score, Cannibal Holocaust.Riz Ortolani uses a full arsenal of musical styles and arrangements (including electronics!) to convey a variety of emotions including sadness (Adulteress' Punishment), frivolity (Cameramen's Recreation) and introspection (Crucified Woman). For the Main Theme, Ortolani serves up a lovely gentle melody that, although a beautiful piece of music, is somewhat at odds with what's about to follow on-screen.
