Joby Talbot's The League Of Gentlemen’s Apocalypse

22-Jul-2005 - Silva Screen Records has released The League Of Gentlemen’s Apocalypse. The original series originated at the Edinburgh Festival in 1997 when the ‘League’ won the celebrated Perrier Award. This triumph lead to a radio series, three TV series, a Christmas special and a stage show. Acclaimed as “one of the finest British TV comedies” the big screen release has been long awaited by the programmes many fans. This is the first time Joby Talbot’s music for the series has appeared on CD and the spooky title music appears on this release as Stripped Down Theme. The original TV theme won The Royal Television Society Award For Best Title Music in 2000.
