Greg Edmonson's Firefly

14-Nov-2005 - Varèse Sarabande has released the soundtrack for Firefly, the cult TV series that spawned the new film Serenity! The devoted fans of the TV show had their prayers answered when Universal Pictures announced that the Serenity would fly again in a feature film. Now, as a companion piece to Varèse's release of the Serenity soundtrack comes this first release of music from the Fox sci-fi western series Firefly. Composer Greg Edmonson created a flavorful, guitar-based score for the adventures of the crew of the Serenity, which is currently being broadcast on the Sci-Fi channel and is now available, in its entirety, on DVD. Fans have been clamoring for this music since the show’s debut and now, finally, here it is. The CD features exclusive bonus tracks.
