Ennio Morricone's first..! Il Federale
17-Feb-2006 - Digitmovies proudly celebrates the 45 years of legendary film music by Ennio Morricone with the release of the complete score, composed and orchestrated by Maestro Ennio Morricone in 1961, for Luciano Salce ‘s Il Federale (The Fascist). This release on CD is again possible thanks to the big help of the people from C.A.M., who kept the session mono master tapes safe in their archives until today. Maestro Ennio Morricone himself authorized every selected track. This score is historically very important cause it represents Maestro Morricone’ s absolute first film scoring assignment and also the first record of his very large discography. The score, written by a young Morricone, is a music jewel containing many elements so typical of his later style that he has delevoped during the following four and a half decades. Thank you Mr Morricone for 45 years of legendary Film Music! This is a limited edition, including a 12 full colour pages de-luxe booklet.
